< back to projects PROJECTS Showroom Residential 2009 \| Private Residence \| Tampa, FL (2009 Aurora Award Winner) Dee Marksberry and her team's vision was creating a clean traditional residence with a modern feeling of comfort and luxury. Every detail is considered. This project is one of the firm's most lavish works of art. She has incorporated elements from several centuries and countries, including France, Italy and Spain-- French limestone walls, tailored upholstery covered in silk velvet, hand carved walnut fireplaces, and antiques discovered in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, thus transforming its conventional South Florida architecture into something that is timeless. 2008 \| Vacation Home \| Maggie Valley, NC Up in the Carolina mountains sits a log cabin, which was a couple's dream for a comfortable escape. Knowing the couple's tastes was the easy part, turning the cabin into rustic elegance called for the Gage-Martin design team's talent. 2007 \| Private Residence \| Tampa, FL This beautiful Florida Contemporary design is a perfect example of how one can find relaxation in their own home. Gage-Martin created a luxurious estate-size bungalow filled with vivid tropical colors. Not one detail has been overlooked-- the master bath displays a white porcelain tub against the soothing, elegant tile work. They infused animal prints with ornate four poster beds to achieve their initial concept of design. Each room possesses distinct style elements which make it unique from the other rooms in the house. The shades of red and green tie the entire design together.
2000-Ongoing \| Private Residence \| Tampa, FL This quintessential Floridian house encompasses lush green lawns complete with lakeside views and a luxurious, bright interior. One of Gage-Martin's earlier projects in the Tampa Bay area, they occasionally return to make additions to this very personal job.
